Return Policy

BladeCrazy.com will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#

To obtain a RA#, email us at info@bladecrazy.com.  A customer service representative will give you a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.  Return merchandise to:

BladeCrazy.com will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product.  RA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Restocking Fees
Non-defective merchandise returned to BladeCrazy.com for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot accepted for return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
